This exclusive design is based on the famous canal houses of The Netherlands. With its stepped roof and narrow frontage it is a perfect collectors items. The front and back are both designed to be seen. All the inclusions and decorations are handmade and may vary in style, color and design. Each house is designed to be uniquely accessorized You will need ceramic tile nippers to make this kit. The base is 28cm high and 10cm wide and 5cm deep the finished piece is approx 29cm high, 11cm wide and 6cm deep
